1. get an old PandaBoard
2. install Ubuntu Server on it according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ARM/Server/Install/OMAP4
   1. connect the board to Internet according to your configuration
3. update/upgrade Ubuntu (apt-get update, apt-get upgrade, apt-get dist-upgrade, do-release-upgrade)
